Find Your Financial Path Through Questions, Not Lectures

Most financial education starts with textbooks and theories. We start with your actual situation.

Our approach works backwards from where you are now. What keeps you up at night? What decisions feel urgent? We built a learning system that helps you find answers through guided questioning rather than generic advice.

Programs begin September 2025 with rolling enrolment through early 2026.

We Help You Ask Better Questions About Money

Instead of memorising financial formulas, you'll learn how to analyse your own circumstances. The framework adapts to whether you're managing business cash flow, personal investments, or household budgets.

01

Start With Context

Where are you right now financially? We map your current situation before suggesting any direction. Sometimes the answer is "do nothing yet" and that's perfectly valid.

02

Identify Real Constraints

Time, capital, risk tolerance, family obligations. These aren't obstacles to work around but factors that shape realistic solutions. Your constraints define your actual options.

03

Test Assumptions

Most financial mistakes come from untested beliefs. We'll walk through scenarios using your numbers, not hypothetical examples from outdated textbooks.

04

Compare Realistic Options

You'll learn to evaluate choices based on your specific circumstances. What works for someone else's business might be completely wrong for yours.

05

Build Decision Models

By the end, you'll have frameworks you can reuse. The models adapt as your situation changes rather than becoming obsolete.

06

Review and Adjust

Financial decisions aren't one-time events. You'll develop systems for ongoing evaluation and course correction when needed.

How the Decision Tree Method Actually Works

You won't sit through PowerPoint presentations about abstract concepts. Each session starts with a real financial decision you're facing or might face soon.

We map out your decision tree together. What information do you need? What are you assuming? Where could things go differently than expected?

  • Sessions focus on one decision at a time so you can actually implement what you learn
  • You'll work with scenarios from your industry or household situation, not generic examples
  • Small group format means you learn from others' questions without wasting time on irrelevant topics
  • All frameworks are documented so you can reference them later when making similar decisions

The approach works whether you're evaluating equipment purchases, investment opportunities, debt restructuring, or personal finance strategies. Decision-making principles stay consistent even when the numbers change.
